01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk399 ("tk399", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services available at tk399.io, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and all associated account and payment services.

By completing the registration process, accessing any page of tk399.io, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These documents together form the entire agreement between you and tk399.

If you access tk399 on behalf of any third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that party.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain a tk399 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

tk399 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to national identity cards, passports, or utility bills. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

03 Account Registration & Management

Each individual player may hold exactly one active tk399 account. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, tk399 will close all such accounts and any associated balances or bonuses may be forfeited at tk399's sole discretion.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tk399 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk399 immediately at [email protected].

tk399 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle. This may involve requesting copies of identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed satisfactory KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tk399 platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk399 does not apply currency conversion charges on BDT-denominated transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and select other Bangladeshi financial institutions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are determined on a per-payment-method and per-account basis and are communicated within the cashier section of your account.

Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your tk399 account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Processing times for bank card and bank transfer deposits may vary depending on the issuing institution.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

General bonus conditions that apply to all tk399 promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonuses are credited exclusively to eligible accounts that satisfy the specific qualification criteria for each promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified individually for each promotion.
• Bonus funds have a defined validity period. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus balances will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering and withdrawal terms.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the tk399 sportsbook are subject to the tk399 Sports Betting Rules in force at the time of bet placement, which are available within the sportsbook section of the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all sports and markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be amended, transferred, or cancelled after confirmation, except where an in-play cash-out option has been offered and accepted within the applicable time window.
• tk399 reserves the right to void bets placed on events or markets that have been listed in error, including errors in odds, event information, or market descriptions. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full.
• Bets placed on events whose outcomes were already determined at the time of placement — whether due to data feed latency or any other technical reason — will be voided and stakes returned.
• tk399 applies maximum bet limits across all markets. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. Stakes in excess of the applicable maximum will not be accepted.
• Winnings are credited to your tk399 account balance automatically upon settlement of the relevant event. Settlement times vary by sport and competition.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of any bet, tk399's decision, made in good faith and based on the official result from the governing body of the relevant sport, shall be final and binding.

For live casino and slot games, individual game rules are provided within each game interface by the respective certified game provider. In all cases, the outcome of games powered by certified random number generator (RNG) technology is determined solely by the RNG and is not subject to platform influence.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk399 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of fraudulent coordination intended to manipulate the outcome of any event or game.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account or to initiate withdrawals.
• Conducting or attempting to conduct money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other illegal financial activity through the tk399 platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the tk399 platform software or game engines.
• Impersonating another player, tk399 staff member, or any other person or entity.

11 Limitation of Liability

tk399 shall not be held liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events. In all cases, tk399's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

tk399 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion that a player is under the age of 21.
• Requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or other government bodies.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at tk399's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — for example, at the player's own request — any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering conditions.

13 Amendments to These Terms
